Today we are Planning May 2016 Correspondence on this first Sunday in the month of May. Mother’s Day is one week away – be sure to get your card into the mail tomorrow!
Planning May 2016 Correspondence
The month will find us with five Sundays with next Sunday Mother’s Day May 8th.
On Monday, Memorial Day May 30th we will honor our military who have died for our country and those who are still serving us on Armed Forces Day on Saturday, May 21st.
National Nurses Week 2016 begins on Friday, May 6 and ends on Thursday, May 12th.
I”m also including today this look-back from my May 1st blog post last year as I find myself listening to Camelot “It’s May” again. As I said last year it is something I like to do every year.
The first day of May usually brings to mind hearing the Original Broadway Cast Recording of Camelot (1960) with Julie Andrews as Guenevere, singing
“Tra la! It’s May! The lusty month of May! That lovely month when ev’ryone goes Blissfully astray….”
