We are heading into the first weekend in April with the Spring 2018 USA Philatelic Magazine; it is otherwise known as the Love Issue given the cover of the Volume 23 Catalog, a publication of The U.S. Postal Service. It is fun to see what letter writing goodies are available within its pages!
