This past Friday, the Ellsworth Kelly Oversized Postcard Set became available online at the USPS Postal Store, along with the issuing of the Forever stamps.
Before beginning, I’m wanting to call two items when looking ahead at the calendar. First, this Thursday, “June 6, 2019 will mark the 75th anniversary of the D-Day landings along the Normandy coast during World War II.” In addition, Father’s Day is two weeks from today, June 16, 2019. When looking at the current listing of pictorial postmarks available, I’m not seeing any for either date. When next issue publishes this Thursday, I’ll be sure to look.
