Before closing, just to circle back as to why I’m encouraging us to avoid procrastinating booking our wellness appointments. Although I’m really good at having annually both my physical and a mammogram, booking the wellness colonoscopy I find it too easy to procrastinate. Back on New Years Day, my blog post was sharing my theme word for 2020 is “Forward”. As of writing my blog post today that easy to procrastinate appointment is now booked and on my calendar for this year! I hope by mentioning it, that if you have been procrastinating getting yours done – that you will also do so this year!
