Handwritten Motivational Letters

Handwritten Motivational Letters is today’s Monday kick-off to the new week blog post.

“Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.”
-Robert Collier

Today’s blog post is one to encourage us to make the time this month to personally write and send two handwritten motivational letters to family and friends.   Do any names jump out at you immediately when reading this idea today?   The reason for them to be motivational is someone could be really close to achieving their breakthrough to success, could be hanging in there with their diet journey, could be training for a marathon.   If you were to receive such a letter can you envision yourself carrying it around with yourself and referring back to it often?

Handwritten Motivational Letters

When I’m referring to handwritten motivational letters today, it is in terms of helping to encourage someone to reach their goals – motivating them onto achievement, and not for a motivation letter for scholarship, internship nor university with intent of selling them on your abilities.

One idea that comes to mind is to include a countdown of how much longer they have to reach their goal.   It could be to help encourage them to re-energize them on their goals.

This YouTube with Zig Ziglar is one of my favorites of his from many years of listening to him over the years (first on audio cassette tapes, cds, and now mp3).

“You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.”
– Zig Ziglar

Consider making a difference this week and writing two handwritten motivational letters to those dearest to you.  We really can make a difference to helping someone else realize their goals!
