Star Ribbon Forever Stamp Arriving 2019 March 22

The USPS Star Ribbon Forever Stamp is arriving on March 22.

Look for it in three choices. 1) 20 stamp booklet; 2), a 3000 stamp coil; and 3) 10,000 stamp coil.

Today we are focusing on the booklet. Even with all the letters I write, I am not needing 3000 of these stamps!

First, the timing is great with Monday being President’s Day to be sharing about the Star Ribbon Forever Stamp.

On Monday the Post Offices are closing for President’s Day. There is still Saturday morning for mailing out letters before the Federal Holiday.

Star Ribbon Forever Stamp

In the USPS Postal Bulletin 22513 Stamp Announcement 19-11, are the details of the new First-Class Mail Forever stamp.

“… in one design, in a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) pane of 20 stamps (Item 120600)… The stamp will go on sale nationwide on March 22, 2019, and must not be sold or cancelled before the first-day-of-issue.

The Star Ribbon stamp artwork features a digital illustration of a star made of red, white, and blue ribbon. The white space in the middle of the ribbon creates a second, smaller star. The tri-colored ribbon, folded into a patriotic symbol, is intended to evoke the connectedness of the American people…”
