We are kicking off the new month with Introducing May 2021 Participant Pledge Package Setting aside letter writing time challenge.
Given we have five Sundays in May, for the first Sunday – for Week 1, we are simply signing up with the pledge form below. Sign up will remain open until Saturday, May 8th at 11:59 pm Eastern.
Before beginning, yes, yesterday I still found myself thinking of Julie Andrews singing “‘Tra la! It’s May!….” from Camelot as I’ve been sharing that sentiment so many years on May 1st when blogging! As a reminder, a week from today is Mother’s Day 2021! Please consider this a timely friendly last-call to get the card(s) out into the mail by Tuesday!

In addition, we have your very own participant pledge card. Furthermore, for those of you on social media here is a badge for sharing you participating in the challenge! And below is a link for inviting others to join in participating in the letter writing challenge pledge too!
Here are some past letter writing blog posts of mine with letter writing inspiration ideas.

There is talk that there will be a genuine souvenir postcard I’m creating especially for sending to everyone who successfully participates completing the challenge! The point of the challenge is to establish the habit of having a letter writing time, it is not writing a certain number. So if you’ve been wanting to write a really long letter and that’s all you do during the set aside time – that is fantastic!
On Wednesday, I’ll include a comment area (like today’s sign-up) for sharing any fun letter writing topics you are finding yourself writing. Thank you again for participating!! See you back here on Wednesday!!
Anchors Aweigh,
Helen
