It is amazing to see there are seven USPS Pantone Seven Colors to showcase celebrating the Postal Service’s 250th anniversary. I am currently looking at a lot of paint samples of navy blue, perhaps the USPS Blue is one I should consider!
Currently over at the welcome page for the USPS 250th Postal Anniversary, it includes seven USPS pantone colors. You’ll want to check out at the News USPS page, “These colors paint the history of USPS, Pantone has created a palette highlighting some of the organization’s milestones”, from Aug. 26 at 5:11 a.m. ET.
The colors are: Parchment White, Pony Express, Airmail Red, Mr. ZIP Orange, Carrier Red, Gold Seal, and USPS Blue.
“The new colors will not be available for stamps, paint or apparel, and they won’t replace the red and blue tones that USPS uses for its corporate colors.
Instead, the new colors were created for marketing purposes only to help commemorate the Postal Service’s 250th anniversary and will not be used for any other purpose. …”
And about the navy blue paint chip samples? I’m looking at having the island in the kitchen painted navy while keeping the white trim. Stay tuned! Wishing you a great month ahead!
