The USPS will be issuing the 2019 Love Hearts Blossoms stamp on January 10, 2019; this was in an article over at Linn’s Stamp News on Thursday.
The 2019 Love Hearts Blossoms stamp is one of five stamps with release dates so far by the USPS in 2019; also includes dates for the Lunar New Year, 2019 Black Heritage stamp honoring Gregory Hines, Cactus Flowers, and Alabama Statehood Bicentennial.
From Linn’s Stamp News article on December 6, 2018:

The 2019 Love stamp, which the Postal Service calls Hearts Blossom, will be issued Jan. 10 in San Juan, Puerto Rico…”

The timing for the January 10 issue date for the new stamp will be great timing for use with sending Valentine’s in 2019!
We’ll be looking further into the 2019 Forever stamps in the near future. Hoping everyone is staying warm with all of the cold wet weather this weekend. Join me tomorrow for my Sunday blog post.
