Smithsonian Postal Museum Mail Social Club

The Smithsonian Postal Museum Mail Social Club Meets Monthly on the 2nd Thursday of every month in Washington, D.C.

It is meeting this Thursday, September 8th.   For my friends traveling who may find themselves nearby this week it is something to consider adding to your agenda!

One of the drawing cards for the event is there really is a drawing – every month “a free ticket is raffled for the following program!

So far in 2016 their calendar has featured: Wild for Collage; A night with the National Zoo, Valentine’s Day Cards, Make Your Own Washi Tape, Mail Organizers, DIY Stationery, PostSecret, Make Your Own Rubber Stamps.  The postal theme crafting focus for August and September is Thank You Note Etiquette.  The October and November topic themes they will be announcing soon. The December theme is Holiday Card Workshop.
