Writing Autumn Sunday Letters & Phantom
Time is speeding by this weekend and so this morning I’m slowing down and happily anticipating an afternoon of Writing Autumn Sunday Letters. And I’ve included info on the upcoming 30th Anniversary Charity Gala Performance for “The Phantom Of The Opera” on October 10th.
Happy Sunday! Today I’m putting up the last evidence of having hosted our fund-raiser garage sale yesterday raising money for P.E.O. ! There was huge turnout, the bake sale items went fast, and best of all the weather cooperated. Put on some hot water to make tea, get out your pretty china cup (or let’s face it you may be inclined instead for a diet coke!) and here is today’s Sunday blog post for our first Sunday in October.
Writing Autumn Sunday Letters
You’ll want to make sure to queue up any upcoming birthday cards for the month today. In addition, I find myself with several packages I need to get ready for Monday outgoing mail – with two going over the pond – one to Great Britain, and one to Italy!
With it being Sunday and anticipating Writing Autumn Sunday Letters, one of the things that come to mind is to have some wonderful music on while truly pausing to write these letters that are treasures of our time. I’ve got still got my 1997 CD of Sarah Brightman with The Andrew Lloyd Webber Collection that I have listened to countless times. It is fun to include this YouTube from Phantom of the Opera. It is with Sarah Brightman and Michael Crawford in “All I ask of You”. Performed “at The Royal Albert Hall Celebration for Andrew Lloyd Webber.”
Upcoming 30th Anniversary Charity Gala Performance of “The Phantom Of The Opera”
From their Latest News page – “On Monday 10 October, the West End production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s iconic musical “THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA”, at the Her Majesty’s Theatre, celebrates its 30th Anniversary with a very special charity gala performance…”.
From The Show – Synopsis page –
“The musical opened at Her Majesty’s Theatre on 9 October 1986 with Michael Crawford and Sarah Brightman in the leading roles, and there have been dozens of productions worldwide since then. …”
Thank you for joining me today. Today marks 585 daily blog posts and so in the coming two weeks I’ll be rounding up blog posts that have been in the queue awaiting their turn. I’ll be including them before reaching my #600 daily blog post milestone!
Wishing you a wonderful day ahead that includes Writing Autumn Sunday Letters!
