This morning we are looking at Letter Writing DIY Eraser Stamp demo I came across on the instructables website. And there is a fun bird whistle to make at the end of today’s blog for those handy with wood working.
Whereas today the DIY demo is using a block eraser, previously we had a blog post on using a potato!
It was for making your wax seal using a potato for “Harry Potter DIY Hogwarts Acceptance Letter” this past summer.
The simplicity of this one minute video showing you the steps makes it a fun DIY project to consider this weekend on making an Eraser Stamp.
After you watch this see if you don’t find yourself now having a good excuse to go through the school supplies aisle at your local dollar store and/or big box store.
For my email blog subscribers that I personally know are quite good with wood working, here is a link to “Make a bird whistle” which just came out this week. It looks like a lot of fun with 8 steps!
I’m working on getting two snail-mail letters out the door today in replies to pen-pal mail. Have fun considering (and actually making) one of these stamps and/or whistles!

Helen
