Today marks my one year anniversary of losing 60 pounds and my maintenance weigh-in this morning finds me down that and another 5 making it a total of down 65 pounds!

In praise of Veggie Platters
As I was sharing above today marks a year since meeting my weight loss milestone I blogged about in my post on Christmas Present to Myself (12-21-2018). The beautiful Christmas Platter was a present from a dear friend for reaching my goal – so it inspires me to bring VEGGIES on it and NOT cookies!
