Coming up in April, the 24th to be exact, will be the arrival of the Chrysanthemum Global Forever Stamp 2020. The idea of being able to have a new Global Stamp for mailing to pen pals overseas is really fun! I’m already looking forward to its arrival.
While I cannot view the Chrysanthemum Global Forever Stamp yet for pre-ordering at the USPS.com website, there are details for it over at Stamp News Now. In fact, it is showing all of the Stamp Issues Announced for 2020.
“Chrysanthemum is the design for the new Global Forever international rate stamp that can be used to mail a 1-ounce letter to any country where First-Class Mail International service is available. … The stamp is round and features a photograph of a pink chrysanthemum on a white background. …”
Currently, the pricing for this type of stamp is $1.20. For example, the USPS 2018 Global Poinsettia Stamp (#565904) pricing is $1.20 each.
With their upcoming arrival, I’m hoping in time there will be some stationery notes from the USPS with the same image. How can tomorrow already be Wednesday?! Until then…
