Today I’m sharing some recent thoughts on building incremental letter writing routine. I’m currently reading the 2018 book, Atomic Habits by James Clear. It stresses the impact of “Tiny Changes, Remarkable Results”.
First, wishing you a Happy Mother’s Day 2023! Hope this finds everyone well and enjoying the beautiful weather too.
It was really fun receiving from our family dog Cooper his finger painting card – make that Paw Painting card that they sent home with him from Pawville!
Thoughts on building incremental letter writing routine & Atomic Habits book
The book Atomic Habits was recommended to me by my coach Dara which I’m really enjoying. Not only am I making my way through the book, it has me looking at ways of applying to my aspirations of a better letter writing routine.
Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones by James Clear (Author) is available on Amazon in formats – Audiobook, Kindle, hardcover, paperback, and spiral-bound.
In sharing about the book today with my dear friend Tally – she was able to find it available through her library.
“James Clear, one of the world’s leading experts on habit formation, reveals practical strategies that will teach you exactly how to form good habits, break bad ones, and master the tiny behaviors that lead to remarkable results.”
It is also available on Barnes & Noble, Audible, Kindle, iBooks, and Target. At the James Clear website, it offers getting to claim five free bonus goodies by forwarding your purchase receipt. I did this and the PDFs are really great! Furthermore, at https://jamesclear.com/contact it offers “30 Days to Better Habits” free email course, no purchase necessary. Lastly, I’m seeing Atomic Habits Special Edition Engraved Pens available for purchase.
I hope you’ll consider reading this book along with me.
Letter Writing Routine For Now
Here it is – I’m looking to each day this week set a timer for 10 minutes, and within that time, write a postcards, a note, or a quick letter and PUT A STAMP ON IT, and get it in the outbox for mail. That’s it as of today.
I’ll be making updates in the coming weeks as I make progress on the book. I anticipate adding more items to my letter writing routine list. Thank you for joining me today.
Wishing you a great week ahead! See you back here next Sunday.

Helen
