It is hard to believe this is the last Monday in June and so today we are kicking off the week with Summer Fitness Activity Tracker Walking Goal!

If you have been finding yourself enthusiastically sharing your Fitbit, Vivofit 2, Garmin Forerunner 235, or other activity tracker results then today’s blog post is for you!  It is a short but important reminder about setting our Summer Fitness Walking Goals.

Have you noticed that your conversations with your friends, and in your letters you are including your steps goals ?  In my and many of my friends cases we are striving to consistently walk 10,000 steps each day!
