In the USPS Postal Bulletin that came out yesterday, it is including this adorable Groundhog Day 2018 Pictorial Postmark! You can read all the details for requesting by mail.
In addition, I’m including this reminder: “Pictorial postmarks are available only for the dates indicated, and requests must be postmarked no later than 30 days following the requested pictorial postmark date.”
