Seeing a photo of an Olivetti Lettera 22 included among the collection of Typewriters at Type The Clouds Typewriter Blog has me smiling. My first typewriter in my collection of now six typewriters is the Olivetti Lettera 22; the image of it is in the header image on my site.
In her post today, Martha Lea has a fun article on “How do I love thee? Let me count the ways”. Seeing the attention to detail with the photos she is including is wonderful. The typewriter is the Quiet De Luxe.
“Taking time to appreciate the little things about one of my machines that makes it such a pleasure to use.” – June 7, 2018 Type The Clouds post
The Type The clouds blog is included over at the Typosphere in The Mighty Blogroll. On the right side column, you will find updates from various RSS blog feeds there with showing the most recent listings first. It continues to be an honor having AnchoredScraps being included in The Mighty Blogroll.
The Type The Clouds site shows posts beginning with October 2014. She is even showing a collection of Olympia typewriters in her post from May 18 on A visit to George Blackman’s. My Dad’s Typewriter is an Olympia SM5, 1964!
There are times I still love getting out one of my typewriters for using with my letter writing! Usually, I end up having a hybrid, with a mix of typewriter lines and then putting pen to paper for the rest of the letter. Have fun exploring the many typewriter options!

Helen
P.S. Today is letter writing daily blog post #1,198 on the countdown to milestone #1,200 this Saturday!
