It is GREAT to see the USPS is including among their Holiday stamps a 2018 poinsettia global forever stamp. I’m thinking how much fun this will be for sending Christmas cards to pen pals outside of the U.S.!
“The Postal Service will issue the stamp in a pane of 10.”
You’ll want to read the article over at Linn’s Stamp News, by Michael Baadke. It is perfect timing when thinking of Christmas in July and letter writing.
“The United States Postal Service has added four new holiday stamps to its 2018 stamp program. Issue dates for the new stamps were not revealed…
A nondenominated ($1.15) global forever stamp showing a single poinsettia flower is also planned. The round stamp will pay the international first-class letter rate for mail weighing 1 ounce or less…”
It is a thorough article and I’ll be covering more on it in a future post this week, for today my focus is on the 2018 poinsettia global forever stamp.
I’m including below links to my previous posts on 2016, and 2017 Global Forever Stamps.
Now to only be able to pre-order them, for which that is in the future – looking forward to their arrival!
