The new USPS Holiday Wreaths 2019 Forever Stamps are available in a book of 20 stamps. With the first-class rate of 55 cents each, it is $11.00. The first day of issue was on Friday, October 25th. There must be some kind of unofficial two months before Christmas as the signal, because today while surfing the Sirius XM channel I came across a channel playing Christmas Carols, all before Halloween!
The holiday decorating traditions of Colonial Williamsburg in Virginia they are attributing the inspiration for the floral design of the four wreaths. Besides buying them locally at your Post Office, I’m including the link for online, USPS Postal Store 682404 Holiday Wreaths; and to see all the Holiday Wreaths items there is this link too.
Also, the pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) booklet of 20 stamps has four wreath designs by floral artist Laura Dowling. Furthermore, there are 120 days for requesting the first-day-of-issue postmark by mail.
Lastly, there are the Holiday Wreath cards that come with 16 cards and 17 envelopes, SKU 843194 for $14.99.
