The Let’s Celebrate Delightfully Awesome Postcards is one of the COMPENDIUM products I’m loving seeing on sale! Writing today’s blog post also finds us in the middle of April with National Card and Letter Writing Month 2020.
Since 2015 soon after beginning this blog, daily blog post #42, we were celebrating April for National Card and Letter Writing Month. That first year was coinciding with the special From Me To You Forever stamps from the USPS! Today is AnchoredScrap’s daily blog post #1875! That is 1833 days ago!
This year, however, it is an understatement stating it is a bit busier for everyone in April with figuring out new routines amid the Coronavirus Pandemic, and with its stay at home.
In addition, for many of us letter writing, or at least aspiring to be more frequent letter writers, it is something we encourage year-round and not just for one or two months a year.
So, with that in mind, and a thankful nod to Compendium, here’s a look at their shout out for National Card and Letter Writing Month 2020!
Compendium Keep In Touch through National Card and Letter Writing Month
Among their ideas for participating, it includes mailing a birthday card, and connecting with a friend who you’ve lost touch.
“When was the last time you received a handwritten note? Opening your mailbox to find an envelope with your name written in ink can be a heartwarming surprise. It’s a special gift, reminding you that someone thought of you and took the time to send a note straight to your door! And, during times when it’s challenging to connect in person, these small gestures can mean the world.
April is National Card and Letter Writing Month, a celebration of the art of handwritten correspondence. It’s an invitation to keep in touch with the people in your life with pen, paper, and possibly a fun stamp! …”
Secondly, it is a great article you’ll want to read and enjoy exploring their website. Here is the link to their March 27, 2020, Compendium blog post Keep In Touch through National Card and Letter Writing Month.

Rest of the Story from yesterday’s blog post on connectivity
Lastly, the WIFI is again connecting! The technical support with GoDaddy and my ISP (Internet Service Provider) is a happy result to be sharing. The solution of onsite visit replacing the cable modem means I’m able once again to connect through the WiFi! It is so much preferred than typing with my thumbs on my smartphone!
Thank you for joining me today! Please join me tomorrow for my Thursday Wednesday blog post.
