Happy New Year 2022 to you on this Saturday morning! I’m hoping this finds you excited about the New Year and all that is in front of us!
Today we have Treadmills & Zig, AnchoredActions, and FutureMe. With the road ahead of us with 2022 and today being January 1st, I am posting a day early. Next week we will return to my posting each Sunday.
First we begin with yes, I really got up early this morning and onto the treadmill! One of the things I noted while listening to Zig Ziglar was him discussing “practice winning habits”. Along with that he describes it taking 21 days in a row to do something for it to become a habit.
Next, my thanks to Ellen for sending a snapshot of her AnchoredActions notepad listing today, January 1, 2022 for her todo’s kicking off the New Year! It was a great reminder to me about using them.
Back on April 26, 2015, I introduced my AnchoredActions.
The reason it has 11 lines on it is we tend to go for extra credit, so instead of 10 to do’s, I have 11 on it!
In previous blog posts over the years, (it is usually at year-end and/or around January 1st!) I share about FutureMe.org. Here I’m referencing from December 28, 2019, my post on FutureMe and Enjoying the slack time.
“The service is free at FutureMe.org. There is a premium level for $3 (yes, three dollars). The idea is to “Write a letter to the future”. We are actually writing it in email format to then arrive a year, two years, (minimum of 30 days) from when writing.”
With today beginning with the promise of a New Year, I’m determined to get my weight back to where it belongs.
