When I first glimpsed some of the passport cancels available for the World Stamp Show-NY 2016 Passport last weekend it got me asking to find out more about it.
The World Stamp Show-NY 2016 begins today and is scheduled May 28 – June 04, 2016. Today begins the release of new stamps each day beginning with today issuing of the commemorative World Stamp Show-NY 2016 stamp issued.

Thank you to my stamp club friend Jimmy who directed me to Linn’s Stamp News with their free World Stamp Show-NY 2016 Passport.
This reminds me of when we had gone to Walt Disney World Epcot years ago and I got a postcard ‘stamped’ at each Epcot Country included in an April 2015 blog post here last year.
I’m going to be looking to watch the 1995 movie “While You Were Sleeping” where Bill Pullman says of Sandra Bullock’s character “She would go all the way to Europe just to get a stamp in her passport.”
