This morning “The Someone Cares Encyclopedia of Letter Writing” book by Guideposts is our focus. Finding a 1995 First Edition hardcover, Used – Very Good condition free shipping for a little over $6 is a delight.
For any letter-writing sleuths, discovering this book was from finding it in the listing of Useful Books, under the Correspondence category the book I was blogging about on Sunday, October 13, 2019 blog post. In the book “Writing Letters with Pen & Ink” it includes a wonderful listing of letter writing book reference materials.
The Someone Cares Encyclopedia of Letter Writing by Guideposts (Editor)
“More than 500 graceful, clear and effective model letters to follow for every personal occasion or business situation.”
“At last, here’s a guide that helps you write effective and articulate letters for any situation. The Someone Cares Encyclopedia of Letter Writing makes writing correspondence easy by giving you hundreds of expressive, concise letters written from a Christian perspective, including appropriate use of scriptures. You’ll never have to agonize over what to say or how to say it – 90% of the work is already done for you. Simply copy the letter you need “as is” or adjust it to reflect your own personal style.”
Lastly, one of the things about being on this daily blog journey is sharing the trek of discovery of new letter writing books. It probably goes without saying, however, just to call out, at this point, I am awaiting delivery of the book and once it arrives, I will be posting a follow-up about it at AnchoredScraps.

P.S. Today is daily blog post #1693 encouraging letter writing as we continue trek to #1700!
