For today, New Year 2020 Forward title for this blog post is because of reading in the new Daily Guideposts 2020 earlier today. I’ll have more on it in a moment, and I also share about starting a book by Billy Crystal, 700 Sundays, have been meaning to read.
New Years 2020 Forward!
The entry for January 1, 2020, is sharing about “firsts”, “first-days”, and in paraphrasing, I’m thinking “Forward”.
It has me thinking this may be THE word for me this year, as a theme of focus for 2020. Does a focus word come to mind for you for this new year and decade?
Billy Crystal 700 Sundays
With this being the first day of the new year, I’m enjoying spending some time in my study and have been pulling books off of my bookcase, browsing through them.
You know those books you’ve been meaning to get around and read?! I’m beginning Billy Crystal’s book, 700 Sundays, an autobiography he wrote in 2005. I’ve been planning for some time to read, especially for prior to doing a blog post on it, so for today just mentioning it here. The opening chapter reading it so far already has me hooked and wanting to settle in and read it.
