On this last Friday in October 2017, we are Celebrating Letter Writing AnchoredScraps 975th Daily Blog Post Milestone, the countdown to #1000 continues!

Join me today as I include a bit of whimsy recalling a list of a few blog posts here around “counting”.  Wrapping up today’s blog I give a hint about topics in the next several weeks as we move into a season of gratitude letter writing.

Before we begin, welcome to new email blog subscribers here recently. My daily letter writing blog encourages old-style correspondence including stationery, pen pals, stamps, snail mail, fountain pens, postmarks, typewriters, and postcards. Every once in a while we throw in a few Project Management terms (i.e. today with this being a big Milestone), WordPress, and an occasional bit of whimsy!

975 is the number of consecutive days blogging since writing my first letter-writing blog post here at Anchored Scraps: “There’s Been Talk!”   Fast forward to AnchoredScraps.com 900th Daily Blog Post Today from August 13, 2017.

975 and 25 more will be upcoming #1000 blog post Milestone on November 21, 2017, two days before Thanksgiving.

25  As in next month finds yours truly celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary!
