Looking Ahead Total Eclipse, WordCamp Wilmington 2017, & 1000th daily blog post stamp!
- In eight days the Total Solar Eclipse will occur on that Monday, August 21, 2017.
There is an article over at The Washington Post from July: “Here’s every total solar eclipse happening in your lifetime. Is this year your best chance?”. “This is a rare event; it’s the first time the path of totality will eclipse only over the contiguous United States.”
Today over at Instructables it has step-by-step instructions for making your own Simple, Affordable, High Quality Solar Eclipse Viewer From a Cereal Box. - Six weeks from today, on September 24th, I’ll be presenting at WordCamp Wilmington 2017 on “Top 9 Lessons From Daily Blogging for Over 900 Days & Still Counting”. It is the Second Annual Wilmington WordCamp Event. I’m delighted to have been invited back to present again this year.
- This past week thanks to stamp club buddies Jimmy, and Bruce, the idea of what exactly to have to commemorate my upcoming 1000th blog post in November is taking shape. My sincere thanks to them!
